It’s now Week FIVE and the FINAL week of our sew along! This week we will square up our snowflake blocks, piece the sashing and cornerstones and complete our quilt top. I absolutely LOVE how the pieced sashing and cornerstones set off these beautiful snowflake blocks.

If you are new to the sew along, you can find more details - here. You will need to purchase the pattern in my shop where there are PDF and paper options.

The most important thing for this week is to make sure you square up your blocks and then measure them BEFORE you cut your sashing strips. With all of the bias edges and opportunities for differences in seam allowance, this will guarantee that you have the correct block size and measure your sashing strips to match.
