Brick House Quilt {super fast and easy fat quarter quilt - perfect for beginners!!}

Are you in need of a quick finish or just an easy pattern for some of the fat quarters in your stash? Brick House is the perfect answer for you!

With the large pieces in this quilt, it is perfect for your larger scale prints that you just hate to cut up!

My version mixed together large scale prints along with some coordinating colors of Speckled fabric by Rashida Coleman-Hale. I purchased all of these fabrics from Crimson Tate (they no longer have the print collection, but have a HUGE selection of Speckled and so many beautiful FQ bundles that would look great in this pattern!).

I recently purchased a new longarm machine from Handi-Quilter, so was happy to try out some edge to edge pantograph patterns on this new quilt. I chose the Malachite design from Urban Elementz and enlarged it a bit so the quilting wouldn’t be too dense. The fat quarters I used are the softest organic cotton by Birch fabrics and I wanted the quilting to help it remain soft and snuggly.

Check out the flannel version of this quilt I made quickly after the suggestion of one of my YouTube followers here! I love it so much! You can also find a video tutorial (including fabric cutting tips) below and click HERE for the printable pattern.

Thanks for stopping by!

xoxo Amanda
