Midsummer Meadow Square Dance {a finished quilt and free pattern!}

I absolutely love a pattern that uses nothing more than a pack of pre-cut squares to piece the quilt top. Add in some beautiful fabrics, and you get Square Dance :)

This pattern is simple in design, but packs a powerful punch when combined with fabrics from an entire collection. That’s the great thing about buying pre-cuts. You get a little of everything from a fabric collection and they will automatically all work beautifully together.

The Square Dance quilt finishes at wonderful lap size of 51” x 60”. I sent this one out to be quilted because I’ve been dying to get one of my quilts done with the Baptist Fan Clamshell quilting pattern. I LOVE the texture and movement from this quilting pantograph. And it would look good on just about any quilt.

If you have a pre-cut 10” square pack in your stash waiting to be made into something fun, check out my video tutorial below for the instructions and you can also find a printable pattern in the video description.
