Some Easter sewing...

Happy hump day all!  Last night I spent a little time doing some fun sewing on a quick project for my son.  He wanted a new tie to go with his shirt for Easter.  I let him choose any fabric from my stash and I think he made a fantastic selection in this Dear Stella Diamond Ikat print. 

I based this tie off of the tutorial found here at Little Bit Funky.  I had to make some adjustments to the length for my big guy, but I think it turned out really well.

At least he's happy :)
